Before you book a fitting
A few practical points come up most often when couples first write to the studio. Here is what to expect, what to bring, and where the process has limits.
- Do I need an appointment to see stones?
- Yes. Consultations take place in Palermo and are scheduled so a stone can be brought out and examined without rushing. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a viewing.
- What should I bring to a fitting?
- Any ring the person already wears comfortably, plus a sense of the style direction. If you have a grading report from another source, bring it along so the stone can be reviewed in context.
- How long does a custom piece take?
- Timelines depend on the setting, the stone, and the CAD modeling stage. A firm schedule is confirmed once the design and stone are settled, not before.
- Can every ring be resized later?
- Plain bands usually can, within a reasonable range. Eternity bands and settings with stones around the circumference are much harder to adjust, so sizing matters more on those styles.
- Is shipping available outside Buenos Aires?
- Protected shipping covers Argentina, and international delivery is also offered. Details are arranged per order rather than as a fixed schedule.
- Where can I read more before deciding?
- The studio keeps plain-language guides on lab-grown versus mined stones, grading reports, and care. Start with the resources, or reach the team through help if a question is not covered.
